I had received a cup of caterpillars that had gotten delayed in shipping with USPS. Therefore, the caterpillars
were already grown and starting to form their cocoons. Insectlore gave me the option of sending a new cup immediately or a voucher to receive a new cup at a later date. Great customer service!
