To redeem your voucher follow these steps:
Go to https://www.insectlore.com/
Make sure your cart is empty.
Click on the orange tab in the navigation bar that says “Redeem Your voucher”.
A pop-up window will appear that says “Enter your voucher code below”.
Enter the code and follow the instructions.
The item associated with the code will be automatically added to your cart.
**Note: Do not enter your voucher code at checkout in the space that says "gift card/promo code". The voucher code only works when you put it into the orange "Redeem Your Voucher" tab. 

To redeem multiple vouchers, please email your address and the codes to customerservice@insectlore.com, and follow the directions in the automatic email, we’ll be able to assist you. 

Please note: We cannot waive or combine the voucher fees. There will be a fee for redeeming each voucher even if the orders are combined into one. 

Redemption fees cover the shipping and handling of each special, living package. And each redemption requires its own special code which triggers the preparation, inspection, final packaging, and labeling for each shipment of fresh, healthy caterpillars and ladybug larvae.

How to redeem your voucher. 

It may take 24 hours to process and prepare your live order and approximately 3 - 5 business days for your package to arrive. For the most accurate information, be sure to check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number. Please remember that our shipping facilities are closed on the weekends and holidays.

How long are current shipping times? 

Sometimes, a chrysalis may fall from the lid of the cup. If your chrysalis fell to the bottom of the cup, follow these next steps:
First, don't worry, your chrysalis is going to be ok!
Gently scoop your chrysalis out of the cup with a plastic spoon.
Be sure to remove all of the webbing surrounding the chrysalis with a cotton swab.
Then lay the chrysalis on a piece of paper towel on the floor of your Butterfly Garden Habitat.
Try to position the chrysalis near the inside mesh wall of the habitat.
The butterfly will emerge there safely and then will climb up the wall of the habitat to hang, stretch, and dry its wings!
