Shipping and Handling Charges
on U.S. orders are as follows:
Up to $19.99: $5.99
$20 to $29.99: $6.99
$30 to $39.99: $7.99
$40 to $49.99: $9.99
$50 to $59.99: $10.99
$60 to $79.99: $12.99
$80 to $99.99: $14.99
$100 to $150: $16.99
$150 and up: 11% of total

International Shipping and Handling is 30%. Two to Three Business Day Rush Orders are charged an additional $10; Overnight Delivery Rush Orders are charged an additional $20. We cannot rush orders overseas nor to Alaska. Note that Insect Lore cannot guarantee Rush deliveries on weekends when UPS and FedEx do not deliver. Also, Insect Lore cannot ensure that your Rush order will be delivered the next day if your order is placed after 1:00pm PST.

7.25% sales tax is applied only to California orders.

All orders are shipped from our facility within 3 business days.
Claims & Returns:
Before returning anything, please call 800-548-3284 for a return authorization number. Packages returned without this number cannot be accepted.
All claims for missing items, damaged goods, or defective merchandise must be made within 10 working days of receiving them. If returning an item, please use the original box and include all paperwork. Unless damaged, curricula, videotapes, filmstrips, software, CD ROMS, cassettes and record albums are nonreturnable. Merchandise returned will be credited to your account if in saleable condition.
